Thank you for the comment.
1. Ye...Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for the comment.

1. Yes, chimpanzees do hunt rarely when they go out of their fruit stock. Sometimes they feed on termites. About the protein myth: there is protein in almost everything we take. We don't have to feed on animal products to get the required quantity of protein. Soy, lentils, Peanuts etc. etc. are rich in protein. The excessive protein from dairy/meat is found to cause cancer. Do you know that Collard greens and many other leaves have more calcium than milk? Many of us are addicted to the lies propagated by the people with weird business interests.

2. Imagine a 90 year old grandpa lifting 150 Kg of weight every day. He may last hardly for a week.

3. Oils provide flexibility to the muscles and rejuvenate them. The "Kalarippayatt" martial arts style emphasizes the importance of lubricating the muscles with oils as a pre-exercise warm up. As far as joints are concerned, relieving the stress associated with the muscles attached to them relieves your joints.

4. a) About B12: B12 is found neither in Vegetables nor in meat. It's a bacteria. It's formed on its own in our intestinal tracts. The amount of B12 synthesized by our body is much more than our daily requirement which is very minute.

b) About pills and supplements: Sad to see a lot of people falling victim to the false propaganda by some wicked drug manufactures. Do you know that most of the so called "health foods" available in the market are absolutely of no good to our body? Instead of taking a so called "VEG multipill", take a lot of fresh organic raw fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.

Peace,Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17051996975056167248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4298513526578237670.post-46352093001157244492012-01-23T04:59:50.004+05:302012-01-23T04:59:50.004+05:30You have left out a few thing.
1. Chimpanzees act...You have left out a few thing.

1. Chimpanzees actually hunt and eat animals from time to time, these other great apes also get a lot of protein from bugs, which are pretty much made completly of proteins. There is hardly enough protein in fruits and salad type vegetables.
2. When the body ages beyond 25 years of age the decline in muslce maintenance and ability to create new musclematter goes down each year, at age 70 there is lost 3% of the entire muscle mass a year. More excersize is thus necessary every year after you turn around 30, and much more when you turn 50, equally at 60, 70 and 80 ..
3. The oila don't actually improve joints, but all cellmembrane (the outer layer of cells) are made from the omega-3 fattyacids.
4. Leaving out B12 and a VEG multipill when advicing someone to go vegan is a very serious mistake.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
